Your Go-To Guide to handling Parathas

Treat your Paratha like the queen she is!
Here are some frequently asked questions and their answers on handling frozen Parathas:

1- How long can parathas last in the freezer?

They can last up to 2 months in the freezer and sometimes 3, any longer than that and they might be subjected to freezer burns, so the shelf life is limited.

2- Can I use oil instead of ghee?

Using oil instead of ghee is a very viable option, and it will taste just as good.

3- How to cook frozen parathas?

Firstly, you don’t need to thaw your frozen parathas. Simply place the solid paratha on a hot pan and brush a little ghee/oil on all corners. Flip over the parathas when their top changes color. Brush the ghee/oil on this side too and flip over when the bottom turns into a nice golden brown color.
Cover the frying pan and leave it on the stove over medium-high heat.
Viola, enjoy your favorite breakfast bread!
