Ingredients

We take each paratha and cut it with a dough divider or a knife into longitudinal strips, then in the other direction cut these strips into small squares and add them to the bowl of the kneading machine. Repeat this step with the remaining pancakes.

Add the prepared apples on top of the sliced ​​paratha dough and knead it together. Add flour until it reaches a level that can be handled, but it will remain a little soft and somewhat sticky.

Transfer it to a clean surface sprinkled with flour and sprinkle a little flour on top of it, then spread it out with your hands or spatula and cut it into 8 equal pieces and roll it up and then press each ball a little until it becomes somewhat flat.

To prepare the glaze, mix the milk, powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.
