Banana and Chocolate Rolls

Ingredients
 A pack of Switz Spring Rolls
 6 bananas
 Chocolate spread
 ½ cup of sugar
 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
 Vegetable oil

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.

Cut the bananas in half so that we have 12 bananas for the filling.

Start by placing a teaspoon or a little more of the spreadable chocolate on the square of the spring rolls and spreading it horizontally.

Put a piece of banana on top of the chocolate and start rolling the usual way. Close it tightly with a little water, and repeat the process with the rest of the banana halves until you finish 12 rolls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls for about two minutes or until they acquire a golden brown color . After they are done, we take them out to a plate covered with kitchen paper.

Leave them for half a minute to get rid of the excess oil, then put them in the bowl of cinnamon and sugar, and stir them carefully to cover all sides and ends with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
