Chicken Parmesan Samosa

Ingredients
 A pack of Switz samosas
For the chicken filling:
 2 boiled, cooked and sliced chicken breasts
 60 ml cooking cream
 80 gm of grated parmesan cheese
 80 gm of grated mozzarella cheese
 1 tablespoon minced parsley
 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Slurry
 40 grams of flour
 40 grams of water
Parmesan mixture:
 400 gm grated parmesan cheese
 60 grams chopped parsley
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 ½ teaspoon pepper
 A pinch of salt
 Tomato sauce for dipping
 Frying oil

Add all the ingredients for the chicken filling in a deep bowl and mix well.

We start preparing the samosas and stuff each wafer with a tablespoon of the prepared filling and roll it up as usual.

Prepare the Parmesan mixture by mixing its ingredients in a bowl and set it aside.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the samosas, taking each one directly into the Parmesan mixture to coat.

Serve with tomato sauce.
