 1 Pack of Switz milk toast
 1 Mashed avocado with a pinch of salt & a squeeze of lemon
 Mayonnaise or cream cheese
 Turkey slices
 Sliced tomatoes
 Cheddar cheese slices
 Eggs for scrambled eggs

Toast 3 slices of toast bread for each sandwich, cut the crust.

In a pan make scrambled eggs.

Spread mayonnaise or cream cheese on two slices of toast, add avocado slices, cheddar cheese slices, tomatoes, turkey slices, & eggs.

repeat the same steps for the second layer, and stable the sandwich with a toothpick.
