Cupcake with Caramelized Nuts & Cream

Ingredients
 6 pieces of Switz cupcake
To prepare caramelized nuts
 5 ½ Walnuts
 ½ cup White Honey
 2 tbsp Butter
To prepare the cream with vanilla
 Whipping Cream
 Vanilla
 3 tbsp Sugar
To prepare the caramel
 1 cup granulated White Sugar

In a small saucepan on the stove, add the butter and honey. Stir a little, add the roughly chopped nuts. Stir well and leave on heat for 5 minutes, until the nuts stick to the honey and become caramelized and golden in color.

Remove from the heat and leave aside. Whisk the cream well with vanilla and sugar until it reaches a light and fluffy consistency. Put in the refrigerator before use.

In a small saucepan, add the butter and honey and stir a little, then add the walnuts after chopping them. Stir well and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes until the nuts become caramelized. Remove from the heat and put aside.

Using a small cylindrical cutter, remove the center of the cupcake to add the filling inside, add a teaspoon of caramelized walnuts in the middle, then cover it with cream using a decorating funnel, add a piece of caramel and honey to decorate and serve.
