Ingredients
 Switz Milk Toast Bread
 2 cups full fat milk
 225 ml cream
 5 tablespoons starch
To prepare the syrup
 1 sugar cup
 A cup and a quarter of water
 Half a teaspoon of blossom water
 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 Pistachio for garnish

Place sugar, water, and lemon juice in a bowl, boil it for a few minutes, then add the blossom water and put it aside to use while it is warm.

Heat the cold milk, starch, and cream until it boils, then leave it on low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick.

Toast the toast grains in a sufficient number to cover the floor of the tray until it becomes a little light brown in color, arrange them on the floor of the tray and pour the syrup until the toast absorbs it, then distribute the mixture of cream that we prepared earlier.

Decorate it with pistachios and leave it in the refrigerator until it cools.
