Filo Rolls with Orange Jam

Ingredients
 5 ½ cups Sugar
 5 ½ cups Water
 1 tsp Rosewater
 Liquid Butter
For the syrup
 2 Packs of Switz Filo Pastry
 250 g diluted orange jam
 ½ cup brown sugar
 3 cups milk
 Cinnamon powder

Spread out a layer of Switz Spring Roll Sheets with Butter, diluted Orange Jam, then sprinkle it with brown Sugar and Cinnamon, roll into a roll, and brush it on the outside with liquid butter.

Arrange the rolls in a round tray  (preferably an easy-to-open baking tray), then add a cup of milk and put it in the oven on medium heat.

To make the syrup, add sugar and water in a deep pot and leave it to boil until it gets thick, then add rosewater.

Pour over the Spring Roll sheets after they are done and serve them on a serving dish. For decoration, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
