Ingredients
Crispy Margherita cups
 SWITZ Spring rolls
 tomato paste
 mozarella cubes
 oregano
 cherry tomatos
 basil and tomato paste for plating
Firecracker Shrimps
 SWITZ Spring rolls
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp honey
 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
 1 tsp chili powder
 6 shrimps
 ½ lemon juice
 Parsley and Chili pepper for garnish
Banana and Chocolate Rolls
 SWITZ Spring rolls
 banana
 sugar
 cinnamon
 Coco powder and chocolate syrup for serving

Cut the Spring roll sheet into 4 squares.

Oil a muffin tray and layer the squares on it.

Fill each muffin with tomato paste, mozarella cube, and cherry tomato and sprinkle oregano on top.

bake at 180 C for 15 mins.

Plate and garnish with basil. Enjoy!

Firecracker shrimps

Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic paste and chilli powder in a bowl.

Marinate the shrimps.

Add lemon juice.

Cut the spring rolls squares diagonally! Wrap the shrimps around it.

Fry it to golden crisp perfection. Garnish with parsley and chilli pepper. Enjoy!

Banana and Chocolate rolls

Slice a banana in half and place it on one end of the Spring roll sheet.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Wrap the bananna and fry till golden.

Sift cocoa powder in a crescent shape. Arrange the banana rolls on the plate. Add chocolate sauce dots to complete plating. Serve and enjoy!
