Green Peas & Paneer Switz Samosa

Ingredients
 1 Pack of Switz Samosa
 200 Grams of baked potatoes
 200 Grams of Paneer cheese, cut into cubes
 150 Grams of melted Butter
 100 Grams of Green Peas
 3 Tablespoons of mango sauce
 2 Tablespoons of gram masala
 2 Tablespoons of dried mint
 2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds
 1 Teaspoon of mustard seeds
 1 Onion chopped
 Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat the oven to 200°C & bake the potatoes for 10 minutes, alternatively you can use the microwave to bake the potatoes.

In a pan heat some oil, then cook the paneer cheese till golden, add onions, gram masala, mustard seeds, & dried mint, mix & cook for 2 minutes.

In a bowl add the baked potatoes, paneer, green peas, mango sauce, salt, pepper, & mash them together.

Add the filling to the samosa sheet, fold & seal with maida paste.

You can fry, or airfry the samosa till golden.
