Lebanese sausage with tortilla bread

Ingredients
 1 package of tortilla bread
 1 kg Baladi sausage
 1 Onions
 3 Garlic cloves
 1 فلفل الوان، فلفل حار حسب الرغبة Color pepper, hot pepper to taste
  tsp Nutmeg
 Salt, to taste
 1 tbsp pomegranate
  cup Lemon juice
 2 tsp oil
 Chopped parsley, for garnishing
 Pine nuts for decoration

Chop the onion, colored and spicy peppers into thin slices, and mash the garlic well.

Place a medium-sized frying pan on a medium heat, then place the oil in it. Put the sausage in the pan and leave it until browned.

Add the onion and garlic and mix well for two minutes, then add the lemon juice and pomegranate molasses. Add the colored and hot pepper.

Pour a cup of hot water, then leave the ingredients to a boil.

Sprinkle with pepper, salt and nutmeg, and serve in a serving dish and garnish with pine nuts and parsley.

To prepare the tortilla bread, in a hot skillet without butter, the bread is placed on one side to take a golden color, then it is removed from the fire and served hot with Lebanese sausage.
