Put the onion and garlic cloves in a blender until they are finely chopped.

Put the onion and garlic mixture in a bowl, and add the tomatoes to the blender and blend it until it’s finely chopped too.

Pour our the chopped tomato and add it to the onion and garlic mixture. Add minced meat , tomato paste, 7 spices, salt, pomegranate, olive oil, and mix well together. You can also add pine nuts to the mixture.

Heat up the oven and set it on 200 degrees celsius.

Grab the tortilla bread and place it on top of a baking paper greased with olive oil to avoid sticking.

Pour a large amount of prepared mixture on the tortilla bread and spread it evenly to form a thin layer.

Bake for 8 minutes until it’s golden brown and the meat is well cooked.
