Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius and grease the an oven tray with oil.
Crimp 2 sheets of Switz filo at once and place them on the baking tray. Repeat the process until the tray is full.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Take of the baking tray and pour the melted butter evenly over the filo, and return it again to the oven and leave it for another 10 minutes.
Mix the milk, 2 eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the the ingredients are homogenous.
Grab the baking tray out of the oven and pour the milk, egg and sugar mixture over it, and return it to the oven to be baked for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown on the surface.
Lastly, take out the baking tray from the oven and drizzle the sheera syrup on top of it. Garnish it with pistachio nuts.
Leave it to cool down for 10 minutes, slice it in anyway you wish and serve it.
