Total Time55 mins

Ingredients
 Tortilla Bread from Switz
Half a kg of minced meat
 Cup chopped canned tomatoes
 Taco seasoning packet
 Creamy cheddar cheese box
Shredded cheddar cheese or mexican cheese mix
 Sour cream box
 Chopped tomato
 Two cups of chopped lettuce
 Nachos (optional)
 Vegetable oil
Directions
1

Put the minced meat in a saucepan and cook it until its water begins to dry out, then add the packet of taco seasoning with half a cup of water and stir well.

2

Add the can of chopped tomatoes and continue cooking until the water is completely dry and set aside to cool.

3

We start preparing the sandwich, take one tortilla and put grated cheese in the middle.

4

Then we put a large amount of minced meat in the form of a circle in the middle and add a little chopped tomato and lettuce on top.

5

Put a tablespoon of sour cream on top and distribute it, then put a little nachos and a spoonful of creamy cheddar cheese on top.

6

Prepare a frying pan, grease it with a little vegetable oil and put it on the fire to heat up.

7

Take a tortilla and cut it into a smaller circle above the first tortilla.

8

We put it on top of the ingredients and then start folding the bottom tortilla inward until it is completely closed and hold it well so that the ingredients do not come out and put it carefully in the pan so that the folds are down.

9

Fry it on both sides, then serve it with more nachos, sour cream and creamy cheddar cheese.
