Mini Samosa with Cream Cheese and Sheera

Ingredients
 A pack of Switz Mini Samosa Sheets
 Cream cheese (square)
 Slurry (to seal samosa sheets)
 Frying oil
 Pistachio for garnishing
Sheera ingredients
 1 ½ cup of sugar
 1 cup of water
 lemonade juice
Directions

Take a samosa sheet and slice it from the middle, horizontally and vertically, to form 4 rectangular sheets from each sheet.

Cut down the cream cheese squares into 6 smaller squares.

Take 1 sheet of the sliced samosa sheets, and add 1 cream cheese cube, and start rolling the samosa sheet the usual way.

in a pot, add water and sugar and heat it, until it start boiling, then add the lemonade juice.

leave the mixture to boil on a law heat until the texture of the mixture is starting to harde. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.

Fry the samosa until golden brown.

Arrange the samosa in a serving dish, add pistachio for garnishing, and drizzle the sheera syrup on top of it.
