Cut the tortillas into circles with a small cutter, brush them with a bit of frying oil and bake them in the air fryer or in the oven until they acquire a beautiful golden brown color.
Take them out and set them aside to cool.
Put the avocados in a food processor with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt then mash them.
Cut the salmon into small rectangular slices.
Now we start to spread each tortilla circle with a bit of mayonnaise in the middle, add a large amount of avocado then put a small salmon slice and a little hot sauce on top.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds and a pinch of salt when you have finished preparing all the circles and garnish with fresh dill.
