Mixed Grill with Puffy Rectangles

 2 packs of Switz puff pastry squares
 For brushing: Eggs
 Sesame
 Sumac
Mixed grill requirements
 400 g Lamb chops
 400 g Chicken cubes
 400 g Kofta meat
 2 steak pieces
 Yellow corn
 Coarse salt
 Black pepper
For the Marination
 4 cloves of Garlic
 Rosemary
 Paprika
 Garlic powder
 Onion powder
 Butter for cooking
To prepare the puff pastry

Cut puff the pastry squares into rectangles.
Brush them with a beaten egg mixture before sprinkling with sesame, sumac and cumin seeds.
Bake in a pre-heated oven on a medium temperature for 20 minutes until it becomes golden. Leave aside.

To prepare the meat

Season the steak and lamb chops with coarse salt, black pepper and paprika.

In a very hot frying pan, add the butter, cloves of garlic and rosemary, then add the steak slices to cook on each side for only 10 minutes. same for the lamb chops.

Marinate the chicken cubes for 6 hours in advance with salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, garlic and onion powder and put in the oven for 20 minutes until they grill.

Roast the kofta fingers in the oven for a period of 10-15 minutes. Grease the corn sticks with a little butter, salt and black pepper and put them in the oven until they become golden in color.

Stack all grills on a wooden board to serve with grilled vegetables, puff pastry and dazzling rice, as desired and served.
