Palmi Citrus with Puff Pastry

Ingredients
 A package of Switz Puff Pastry
 Scrambled egg
 Soft cream cheese
 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 ¼ cup poppy seeds
 Sea salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare two baking trays with butter paper.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with a tablespoon of water and set aside.

Take a square of puff pastry and place it on a surface sprinkled with flour. Spread a little cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry square, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, poppy seeds and a pinch of salt.

Fold each side of the square by 1 cm, then fold the sides again so that they meet in the middle. Fold one half over the other (like a book). You should have one roll with six layers.

Repeat the process with the remaining squares of puff pastry ingredients. Place the rolls for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cut each roll into 1cm slices and press each piece with the palm of the palm to loosen it slightly and arrange on trays lined with baking paper (you may need to bake in batches).

Brush with scrambled eggs and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown, slightly browned on top, and served with your favorite dip.

Note: It can be baked in an air fryer, and you can dispense with brushing it with scrambled eggs.
