Paratha Balls with Cheese and Date Molasses (Parata Profiteroles)

Total Time35 mins

Ingredients
 A pack of Switz Paratha
 Cream cheese squares
 Date molasses
Directions
1

Take out the paratha from the freezer to thaw a little.

2

Cut the cream cheese squares, each square into four small sections (squares).

3

We take one of the pie dough (paratha) and remove the cover from the top only.

4

Arrange about 12 small cheese squares on the piece of dough and place a patty (another paratha dough with the wrapper removed completely) on top of the cheese.

5

Using a pizza cutter, we cut randomly around each piece of cheese.

6

We take each piece and roll it individually so that we seal the cheese tightly.

7

We complete with the rest of the paratha, then arrange the times on a tray equipped with baking paper, and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it becomes golden brown and becomes crispy on the outside.

8

You can use the air fryer so that we arrange the balls inside and fry them until they are also brown.

9

After ripening, serve it with date molasses.
