Paratha Burger

Total Time30 mins

Ingredients
A pack of Switz's Paratha bread
 ½ kg of minced beef
 (Garlic powder) 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 3 tablespoons of oil
 Cheddar cheese slices
 Shredded mozzarella cheese
 Lettuce leaves (optional)
 Ketchup
 Mayonnaise
Directions
1

Remove the paratha from the freezer until it thaws a little and the dough becomes pliable.

2

Add minced meat, garlic powder, salt and black pepper to a bowl and mix well.

3

Prepare burger slices of equal sizes from the mixture.

4

In a frying pan, add the oil. Fry the burger meat on both sides 4-5 minutes per side.

5

Place the cheese slice on the beef burger and cover until the cheese melts.

6

We take a slice of bread and add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, burgers, lettuce (optional), ketchup and mayonnaise.

7

We fold all the sides inward to get a square shape.

8

We repeat the process with all the burger slices, then transfer the sandwiches we prepared to an oven tray or to an air fryer and bake them until the dough is cooked from the outside and inside and acquires a golden color.

9

They can be fried in a frying pan and browned on all sides without oil.

10

Served with ketchup and mayonnaise.
