Whisk the cream until it becomes light and fluffy, then add sugar and vanilla and the concentrated pineapple flavor to the cupcake and mix well.

Add the first cake layer, then the chopped pineapple, mango and pomegranate seeds, then add a layer of cream, and another layer of cupcake and cream.Put the cups in the refrigerator before serving and serve cold.
