Samosa Rolls with Minced Meat

Ingredients
 A pack of Switz samosa
 2 large onions
 3 crushed garlic cloves
 ¼ kg of minced meat
 1 teaspoon black pepper
 Teaspoon mixed spice
 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
 Pinch of onion powder
 Pinch garlic powder
 ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
 Salt, to taste
 ½ cup of water
 Vegetable oil
The Sauce:
 Sweet red pepper
 3 tablespoons cream cheese
 Sour tray
 Pinch of salt and black pepper
 Shredded mozzarella cheese

Put a little oil in a large skillet and saute the onions and garlic for a minute, then add the minced meat and leave it to cook well.

Add black pepper, mixed spice, cinnamon, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt to taste, then add half a cup of water and let it cook until the water dries up.

Take the samosa slices and cut them crosswise so that we get two halves of short slices.

We take a samosa slice, put a spoonful of the filling on the end, roll it up and put it on an oiled baking tray or pyrex.

Continue rolling all the rolls until the filling is gone and the tray is filled.

In a food processor, mix the sweet red pepper, cream can, cream cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper and pour the mixture onto the tray.

Cover the tray with grated mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
