Samosa steak with Thai coconut

Ingredients
 2 Samosa Switz package
 ½ cup Low-fat coconut milk
 ¼ cup Coconut sugar
 2 tsp Lemon peel
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 3 tsp Thai fish sauce
 3 tsp Grated ginger root
 200 g Beef steak cut into 4 pieces

In a small bowl, whisk coconut milk, coconut sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, fish sauce and ginger.
