Samosa with Brie Cheese and Red Raspberry Jam

Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and mix it with the raspberry jam in a small bowl.

Stuff each samosa slice with a piece of cheese from the mixture and a little jam and close it with the flour mixture.

Fry the samosas in deep oil and take it out after it has acquired a golden color and put it on paper kitchen towels.
