Saudi Mutabbaq

Ingredients
 1 pack of Switz Mutabbaq
 1 ½ cup of minced green onions (the green part only)
 ½ cup of chopped tomato
 ½ teaspoon of cumin
 ½ teaspoon of black pepper
 ½ teaspoon of salt, for taste
 2 eggs
Directions

Take out the Switz Mutabbaq from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature.

Put the onions and tomato in a bowl, then add eggs and other spices and mix well together.

Take 1 sheet of the Switz mutabbaq and put a little amount of the mixture in the center of it, and fold it until you form a square shape.

Heat up the frying pan with little cooking oil on a medium heat, and fry the mutabbaq from both sides until golden brown.

During the frying of the mutabbaq, cover up the frying pan to allow the eggs to be cooked well.

Serve with red pepper horns and lemon juice.
