Scrambled egg tortilla with pastrami

Ingredients
 1 package of Switz tortilla bread
 5 eggs
 100 g pastrami
 2 tbsp cold milk
 2 tbsp butter
 salt
 Fresh thyme leaves
 black pepper
 Slices of red radish to serve

In a deep dish whisk eggs, butter and milk.

In a hot skillet add eggs, then stir softly from the sides until we get the creamy desired texture. (use flat silicone spoon). Add salt and pepper
Black, if desired, remove from the stove and set aside.

In a hot frying pan, add pastrami slices for a while. flip on both sides, then remove from
heat.

Preparing the tortilla bread:
Cut the bread into medium-sized circles.
In a hot skillet without butter, place the bread on one side.
Remove from heat when golden!

In a serving dish add a layer of eggs then
Pastrami, then slices of red radish and thyme leaves. Serve!
