Spinach & Feta Filo Pie

Ingredients
 1 Pack of Switz Thin Filo Sheets
 450 g Fresh baby spinach or frozen
 200 g Crumbled feta cheese
 150 g White cheese cut into cubes
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 3 tbsp Melted butter
 1 tsp Oregano
 1 tsp Fennel seeds
 ¼ tsp Salt and pepper
 1 Red onionChopped
Directions

In a pot add spinach and saute till all the water is evaporates, then move to another pot.

In the same pot, add olive oil and chopped onion, mix till cooked, add the cooked spinach, salt, pepper, and oregano.

In a mixing bowl add the cooked spinach, and the cheeses, mix well and set aside.

Spread one thin filo sheet, brush it with butter, then add another sheet on top.

Place the filling in a linner way, along with the filo sheet, roll into a tube shape, and repeat, brush each tube with butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 C° till golden brown.
