Mix the ground walnuts, coconut, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and set aside to start filling the rolls.
Take one of the spring rolls and cover the rest with a damp kitchen towel so that they do not dry out.
Put a spoonful of the walnut filling and roll the roll as usual, sealing its end with a little water.
We continue the same with the rest of the chips and when you are done, brush them with a little frying oil and bake them in the air fryer.
Put the extra grated coconut in a bowl to dip the rolls in after they are cooked.
We take out the rolls immediately after they have acquired a golden color, add them to the previously prepared syrup and then dip them in coconut.
