Let the paratha thaw for 10 -15 mins.
Using a cookie cutter, cut out a circle. Using a small cutter, create a hole in the middle.
The remaining paratha dough can be used to make mini donut balls.
Preheat the cooking oil and fry the paratha donuts on low to medium heat.
Cover them with melted chocolate and sprinkles or you can just sprinkle them with icing sugar and enjoy.
