Switz Tortilla Chips & Hummus Dip

Ingredients
 1 Pack of Switz Tortilla bread
 Olive Oil
 1 Cup of Canned Hummus For the Hummus
 ½ Cup of WaterFor the Hummus
 2 Tablespoons of Tahini For the Hummus
 Lemon juice from ½ a lemon For the Hummus
 1 Mashed garlic clove For the Hummus
 ¼ Teaspoon of Cumin powder For the Hummus
 Salt to taste For the Hummus
 Olive oil For the Hummus

Brush tortilla bread with olive oil from both sides.

Cut the tortilla bread into small triangle shapes.

Place the tortilla pieces on a nonstick baking tray, or place them in an airfryer.

Bake them in the oven or airfryer for 6-8 minutes till golden.

For the Hummus

In a food processor, add chickpeas & water.

Mix the chickpeas till the mixtures thickness, add lemon juice, garlic, cumin, & a little oil, mix again till you get the desired consistency.

Serve with tortilla chips, & vegetables.
