 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 cup eggs
 ½ cup milk
 ½ cup Tortilla wraps

 eggs(choose your favourite minced meat – chicken, lamb, mutton, or beef)

 capsicumcut in jullien
 lettuce
 Salt to taste

Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.

Layer capsicums daigonally on one side of the egg when it is half done.
