In a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, to make the scrambled eggs.
Take 1 tortilla bread, and spread some mayonnaise or cream cheese on it.
Add cheddar cheese slices, turkey slices, and eggs, then roll the sandwich.
Toast till the tortilla is golden, serve and enjoy!
