Grab two tortillas and spread a light layer of butter on both sides.
Take one side of the tortilla wrap and put it in a non-stick frying pan and place a mixture of Mozzarella and Akkawi cheese on top.
Cover it with the other side of the tortilla wrap and put it on low heat until the wrap is brown from the bottom and the cheese begins to melt.
Cover the pan for a minute.
Uncover the pan, carefully flip the wrap onto its other side and keep it until the wrap is brown from this side as well.
Cut it and serve it hot with honey or syrup and ground pistachios.
