Zaatar Manakish With Paratha Dough

Total Time10 mins

Zaatar-Paratha

Ingredients
A package of Switz's Paratha dough
 Olive Oil
 Thyme
Directions
1

Take the paratha dough out of the freezer and leave it for a few minutes to thaw before preparing.

2

We bring a mixture of oil and thyme in a dish so that the thyme is more than the oil.

3

Take an oven tray, cover it with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

4

We fold the edges of each paratha dough so that we have the edges of the carving to prevent oil leakage and to give a nicer shape.

5

Transfer each circular dough to a baking tray, then brush the mixture of oil and thyme in the middle, leaving the edges behind.

6

Bake it in the oven until it acquires a beautiful reddish and brown color, it a little to make sure that the dough is cooked from the top as well.

7

Served hot with tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint tea.
