Whisk the cream well with vanilla and sugar until it reaches a light and fluffy consistency. Put in the refrigerator before use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a small saucepan, add the butter and honey and stir a little, then add the walnuts after chopping them. Stir well and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes until the nuts become caramelized.
