Apple Cinnamon Wontons

In this recipe we pair a sweet filling with our crunchy pastry, to make sambosas with a date, nut and honey twist.

Ingredients
 ½ cup chopped red apple
 ½ cup Chopped walnuts
 SWITZ Spring roll Sheets
 ½ cup chopped green apple
 Oil for brushing
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
 ½ cup cupcake crumbs
 ½ cup Flour Slurry

In a bowl mix together red apple, green apple, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, cupcake, crumb.

Wrap a tablespoon of mixture in the SWITZ spring roll sheets. Seal with the flour slurry.

Fry till golden brown.
