We take the chopped spinach and put it in a pot and heat it until the excess water on the spinach leaves start to evaporate. Let it wilt a bit.
In a bowl, put the mozzarella and feta cheese together.
Bring the wilted spinach and squeeze tightly to get rid of any excess water and mix it with the cheese mixture.
Stuff the samosa sheets with a spoonful of the mixture and seal the ends with water and flour mixture.
