Put the meat in a frying pan on the fire and sprinkle it with a little salt and pepper. Stir until its water dries up, then add the taco seasoning.
Add the cheese and stir, then add the sauce and continue to stir until the ingredients are cooked evenly.
Take a tortilla and cut it in half.
Put a little slurry on the straight side and fold in a triangle from both ends to form a funnel.
Stuff the funnel with a tablespoon and a half of the meat mixture and seal the open side with slurry as well.
On medium heat, fry the samosas in oil until they become golden.
