Using a pair of scissors and starting from one end, cut SWITZ spring roll into thin strips.

Gently pull apart the strips to untangle them nicely.

Place a peeled banana into beaten eggs and let it be coated evenly

Beginning from one end of the banana, take a small bunch of pastry strips and wrap it circularly around the banana.

Repeat the same for the middle portion and the other end of the banana.

Repeat the above procedure for the rest of the bananas.

Deep-fry at 185°C for 4 minutes or till they turn golden brown.

Remove the fritters and drain oil.
