Put the cooking oil in a pan and saute the onion in it till golden.

Add the chicken and let it cook for a minute and then add the soy sauce and let it cook full another couple of minutes.

Add all the capsicum and the shredded carrots. Let it cook and add more salt if needed.

Add the black pepper and tomato sauce and gram masala , cook it till it’is not too watery or too dry, then let it cool down.

Take one tortilla and cut it halfway to the center. Brush the upper side with the egg mixture then spread some of the filling.

Take one side then fold it to create a triangle shape then keep folding till you reach the end.

Brush the end with some slurry and seal the tortilla, then brush the edge and seal it to create a samosa shape.

Heat a pan with some ghee inside it then dip the whole prepared tortilla in the egg mixture.

Fry it on both sides (shallow fry) on medium heat till the egg is cooked.
