Preheat the oven to 200°C & bake the potatoes for 10 minutes, alternatively you can use the microwave to bake the potatoes.
In a pan heat some oil, then cook the paneer cheese till golden, add onions, gram masala, mustard seeds, & dried mint, mix & cook for 2 minutes.
In a bowl add the baked potatoes, paneer, green peas, mango sauce, salt, pepper, & mash them together.
Add the filling to the samosa sheet, fold & seal with maida paste.
You can fry, or airfry the samosa till golden.
