Thaw 2 packs of paratha for 5-7 minutes, meanwhile prepare the filling.
In a bowl, add melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, & mix well.
Take 1 paratha dough & remove the top plastic cover, leaving the bottom cover on.
Spread a light coat of the sugar mixture on the top part of the paratha, Then take another paratha dough, remove the covers from both sides, & place on top of the first piece.
Spread the sugar mixture on top of the second layer of the paratha, using the plastic cover, roll the paratha into a roll.
Repeat the same process for the desired amount, then place the rolls in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Take the rolls out of the freezer, & cut into small pieces.
Place the cut rolls in a non stick baking tray, bake for 20 mins on 180°C.
Meanwhile, mix milk, powdered sugar, & cream cheese.
Once the cinnamon rolls are ready, take them out of the oven, and let them cool down for 5 mins, spread the cream cheese mixture, & enjoy!
