Prepare the samosa by cutting the sheets in the middle of the long side creating 2 rectangles.
Take one sheet, put some slurry on one of the short sides and close the other side on it.
Fry them till golden brown, then put them on a plate and sprinkle them with the sugar and cinnamon.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and put it aside to use it later.
Arrange the fried samosa inside a springform cheesecake pan that can open on the sides.
In a mixer, add the cream cheese and the condensed milk and mix them well till you get a smooth sauce.
Fill the sauce inside a piping bag then remove the sides of the springform pan and drizzle it on the top of the prepared samosa just before serving.
In another piping bag,, fill some nutella and decorate the samosa as you did before with the special sauce.
Serve it and enjoy!
