Preheat oven to 200 C°, and prepare a quiche shape in the baking tray.
Take 3 pieces of the puff paratha and spread across the the quiche mold in the baking tray.
Fold the edges, and press lightly on the edges.
Add the turkey, cheddar cheese, parsley, on top of the paratha base.
In a bowl mix the eggs, cooking cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and pour it over the quiche.
Add onion rings, and parsley.
Bake for 25-30 mins until the middle is cooked and the edges are golden.
