Pour vegetable oil in a pan and saute ginger and green chillies.
Add boiled mashed potatoes. Followed by garam masala, chaat masla, red chillies, salt, peas and let it all cook for 10 mins.
Take the mixture out on a plate and let it cool.
Fold a tablespoon of mixture in SWITZ samosa sheets into a samosa shape. Seal with a tap of slurry.
Fry the samosas till golden brown.
Garnish with a generous drizzle of green chutney and sweet chutney. Serve and enjoy!
