٤- تدوم الكنافة المخزنة لمدة 2-4 أيام ويمكن أن يدوم القطر(الشيره) لأسابيع وحتى شهور عند تخزينه في الظروف المناسبة. عليك ببساطة إعادة تسخينه قبل تناوله
٥- يجب تسخين الكنافة لمدة 5 إلى 8 دقائق على نار منخفضة على الموقد ،حوالي 360 درجة فهرنهايت / 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 10 إلى 15 دقيقة في الفرن
