First, place the tortillas on a clean surface and brush with butter on both sides. Once this is done, cut the tortillas into desired shapes.
Transfer the slices to a baking tray. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C.
Next, we take a bowl and add the lemon juice followed by the chili powder and salt, mix and then add to the tortilla slices and transfer to a baking tray.
Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chips are crispy.
Remove all the peels from the chickpeas, then put them in a food processor, add all the other ingredients and grind them well until we get a smooth hummus mixture.
Garnish with chickpeas, paprika, olive oil and parsley.
Serve with tortilla chips.
