In a pan add the minced meat & water, keep stirring till the water dries out, then add the olive oil.
Chop the onion into small pieces, & add them to the mincemeat, leave it on medium heat till the onions are sauteed.
Add spices, salt, & pepper, mix well, and leave it till the mincemeat is ready.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, shape it into a rectangle shape, make sure to flatten out the puff pastry.
Add the filling in a linear way, along the puff pastry, roll the puff pastry forming a tube, then shape into a spiral.
In a bowl, add the egg, with a tablespoon of milk to create egg wash.
Brush the top of the puff pastry with the egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, till golden.
