What’s your first memory of your love for cooking?

It is hard to tell exactly when was my first memory of my love for cooking as I grew up in the kitchen with my mom ( God rest her soul) but I remember at the age of 15 was the first time I cooked for the family and that’s when I knew that’s my passion. 

When did you know you wanted to be a Chef?

Growing up thinking cooking for a girl is a must and natural thing to do for her family, but at the age of 30, I realized that this is what I want to do as a career. 

Where do you draw your creative inspiration from?

What I love most about my job is that I share my passion and love with people, putting a smile on their faces is an ultimate pleasure. 

Where do you draw your creative inspiration from?

A word, picture, a scene on TV, or even walking in the supermarket aisle would trigger me and inspire me to create something delicious. 

Describe your style in three words.

It is hard to pick only 3 words, but the top 3 that come to my mind are: innovative, traditional, passionate.

If you had just one wish, what would it be?

My one wish would be to change the saying… We eat to live because food is a blessing and an art. We should enjoy it, appreciate it.
